At Ellissi, a family run business, Ian Murray and the small team of dedicated jewellers work with you to create your very own special piece of jewellery.
Each item crafted by them is specially made to suit the characteristics of the particular diamond used in the piece. At Ellissi, they are diamond setters as well as jewellers, so from an initial design to the finished product, the entire piece is made “in house”.
Ian started out in the jewellery trade in England at the age of sixteen as an apprentice to a Master Jeweller where most of the work involved the restoration of antique family heirlooms. 28 years and some 60,000 hours at the bench later, Ian is himself a Master Jeweller and has had the privilege of making thousands of stunning jewellery pieces, some of which can be seen on their website.
The rest of the team has worked with Ian since their apprenticeships began and are absolutely passionate about their trade. Trained to Ian’s exacting standards, they have made these standards their own and as a result, are truly incredible jewellers.
Committed to providing clients with honest, down to earth and sound advice on the complexities involved in choosing the right diamond for their jewellery, Ellissi pride themselves on their craftsmanship, attention to detail and passion for producing beautiful jewellery.

Appointments with Ian are available Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm and 9.30am until 2.00pm on Saturday.
